Is there a quick start guide to writing apps for O&C anywhere?

There’s a couple of things I want to try

I’m a reasonably competent at C (bit rusty in places) and have had a poke around the source code but was wondering if there was anything that gives an overview of app structure etc (before I go write one myself)

Whether App or Applet, I recommend copying or referencing an existing one as a template. Simply reading the code is my main strategy
