I realized that not all front panels have the same opacity for led lights.
It happens the light might be too intense for your rack.
For those who want to change the intensity, change R15,R18 for VCZIIIA and R15,R17 for VCZIIIB to a higher value.
For opaque front panels it works the initial 3K6 value, for the last panels I received I used 12K.
You can even replace one of these resistors with a 25KB pot, turn it to maximum resistance and slowly decrease the resistance until the LEDs are starting to light up. When you are satisfied with the light intensity, measure the pot resistance and replace it with a resistor of the same value.
Be aware to not install the pot with resistance at minimum, like a short, you will fry the LEDs.
