Same here! To counter that thought i'll add that it does look like a brilliantly designed device, it does a lot of things and does them very well. On paper. For that amount of outlay (there's also tax and shipping on the published price) I wasn't prepared to take the risk. If it turns out well i'll most likely get a retail price until when (if) they're (ever) available.Pulling it off is what i am starting to wonder. I didn’t preorder when it first opened up because i wasn’t sure it was going to legitimately happen.Last time I asked, they'd said they don't currently know and that there'll be updates in regards to that once backers have received their units.
Definitely going to get one of these when they're available so long as they pull it off
I'm on their Discord server, and from what i've read on their answers and updates it does look like (1) they're getting really close to sending out the first units, (2) they genuinely are doing their best to make it happen, and (3) they're "all in" on this project. I think they'll make it.
