Given the holy-grailness of your results, I'd say the world can live with a single PH-2 pedal that's been refitted with AS3109s and an extra IR3109 to mend some classic Juno or Jupiter. ;)

As for anything JFET, I'm assuming the chip was made by Sharp (IR designation, vs the BA from Rohm), and Sharp isn't known for any JFETs. They require some special process mojo (some kind of ion implant?), and I think in 1980, only TI had really mastered the process at scale (TL072).

Anyway, I'm really curious now how the schematic will look, I'm not familiar enough with the structures on dies and couldn't tell the function of the two round things apart from the big stripey things next to them.
