Not to be an apologist, but syncing up two independent technical systems is always a challenge. Given enough time, noticeable drift will be inevitable. It’s actually possible that PPW is holding a more-accurate 140bpm tempo and that it’s your DAW software that’s running fast. Or they could both be off in opposite directions, compounding the error.Anyone finding pams pro bpm to be slightly off? Stuff i record at 140 needs to be played back in the DAW with tempo set at 140.3 to loop seamlessly.
I don't remember New having this issue.
The only way to really determine which source is the most precise is to do some benchmarking, and the only true solution to clock drift is to run everything off of the same clock, ideally at the same time.
