I know it's a lot of money. But it's incredible and worth it. The Gate really works! The Insert opens up SO many options. The eq on it nails the frequencies you want to emphasise. I use it on many things relevant to this thread, not just guitar....
If I hadn't bought this I would have recommended the boss waza craft hm2 that's great too, the mode switch is nice on that.
If you need a cheap one while you save for the Medusa, Behri do a clone. Just roll off the High eq by 10% and you're very close to legit hm territory.
