The issue is that communication has gotten worse even after they brought on someone to oversee the process. That is not good. I’ve been very patient and supportive of OS, but feel it’s entirely reasonable to have concerns at this point. Sure I could call them but I’ve never had to before, so why would I now - again, after they brought someone in to drive the process?You're welcome!
