Re Lizard - Fripp is just plain wrong. It's a fine album. Even the bits where Jon Anderson sings.
The fact that I like it may be due to the fact that it was the first Crimson album I heard - someone's cousin was passing through with a copy, so I taped it to listen to later.
My favourite Crimson is the Larks' Tongues, Starless, Red incarnation. But then again, them was my formative years.
