I raised the clicky issue with support and got the below response which did help in my case…
“You'll need to increase the Crossfade Time in System Settings to reduce the unwanted noise.

Follow instructions to get into System Settings in order to adjust the Crossfade time. I set mine to the maximum amount and it definitely removed the weird artifact granular thing we were experiencing. The clicks, however, are still there, but that is more-so due to the nature of reversing a loop”
