putting the freq pot to GND instead of GNDv did not solve this self oscillation. I might need to reduce some resistors values? (btw - I'm using b100k pots for Q and cutoff)that filter is very high gain and noisey, and is probably self oscillating. there is also a feedback path through GNDv. try putting the FREQ pot to GND instead of GNDv. R58 is not needed. your previous filter needs a log pot to work well.
