Probably? You can compare the standard package outlines from the diagrams in these two files:

If it's just for reverse polarity protection, then any 1A 60V Schottky rectifier diode would likely work and the PMEG6010 is not specifically required, in case you can find something else that fits more cleanly. (60V max reverse may also be overkill depending on the max voltage the circuit is likely to encounter.) That's an unfortunately tricky package size though; there aren't a lot of other options in 6TSOP (and the ones I do see have a different pinout).
Without seeing more of the circuit, it's impossible to say whether a different part would also be a reasonable substitute.
