I need to revisit Moddemix. So far I’ve always found it unpatched at the end of a patching session. Aside from being a VCA, which I get, how are you primarily using it? I’d love to know what I’m missing out on?This is a smart set-up. I threw something like this together myself in modular grid, but it's a big leap for me to give up moddemix. I think it's one of their best modules and so useful in a system. Part of what makes me able to do so much with the shared system with "only" 1 maths is that I might use Optomix striking to create envelopes, use two different functions and the OR SUM INV bus of maths, use wogglebug, and derive all of those signals from the CV sources. If that's not enough, I typically use the MG so it outputs a ramp over the length of a splice: hey presto another envelope and if I need to mirror it, I have a moddemix for that. I really like the sound of moddemix, too.
