Still using mine. I agree you need to look for the sweet spots but I don't agree at all that its limited.
It does work best with complex material, and can sound a bit goofy with simple waveforms. It is heavily dependent on source material and fft size. I never use the Time knob, and when I do it is just the tiniest amount. I find it this smears everything to oblivion.
