I would be looking at a standard house removal firm - they know what they are doing, will transport this stuff properly with a degree of care and will be familiar with the issues in moving contents across EU countries. It will likely not be a cost effective option if you are not moving a full house of stuff though - in fact I would expect it will be cheaper to buy a second hand van for the trip and trade it in at the other end.
Most people I know who have made this sort of move just sell off what they cannot fit in their car and replace what they need when they are settled in their new country but obviously not an option if stuff has personal value - good luck finding something that works for you here
