1U & 3U Eurorack Modules • Re: Befaco Oneiroi

You might get more help if you post this as a new topic in the Music Tech DIY section. Some close up photos your pcb can help a lot. Hopefully somebody will spot something that may fix it.
Ok, I might do that then. I didn't see an existing thread for it and wasn't sure if starting one for my issue would be acceptable.
Given the symptoms you described, the first place I would look at would be the Sliders for the Osc and Ext source. What about the Looper, does it output white noise as it should by default? There is an opamp that is responsible of amplifying the ext source, but I believe the Oscs are generated already in the digital chip, so I would say that would not be the problem. A fast way to test the sliders is just to short the correct pins with some jumper, but be careful to not short anything else, as I suspect the main processor is sensitive to voltage spikes. Good luck!
No white noise from the looper. Basically seems like the entire left half of the unit doesn't produce sound, which kind of feels like a singular bottleneck somewhere. Hopefully didn't damage an IC or anything. Its just kind of weird that when I power the unit off and run an external source through it I can get sound passing through, but not with it powered on. I'll check the sliders though and also see if I can trace down any broken connections/shorts in that path. I appreciate the response, its a good place to start.
