Image may be NSFW.I love the look of those switches, but they are so breakable! The metal top cap only serves to concentrate shearing forces at the bottom of what is only a plastic spigot with a sharp transition to the hinge block. The Korg fitment isn't too bad by having the top lower in the panel and guarded by surrounding controls.

Nice looking and easier for machining panels -round ends- but they *do* seem to break more often than other SW types.
Also true that having the pivot lower in relation to the panel will add some help in supporting the cylinder. <--Changes the lever pivot during over-pressure at the end of travel to where the cylinder meets the panel, instead of putting it all on the SW pivot point. ,--But only if the panel cutout itself is well matched to the SW location.
