Probably won't do all you are asking for, but 4ms Catalyst Sequencer can do quite a lot fun things, like different lenghts, randomization, gate lenghts, ratchets, glides, directions etc. It doesn't have presets though, but does have a pattern/page chain/song optiln - but you can use the phase scrub for some changes by having it externally clocked too. Its other side Catalyst Controller, is more kind of fluid/morphing cv preset machine, that might also be interesting to you.
