Well. . . Mild embarrassment. Turns out the probe had a 10x attenuator inline. And I never noticed ^^ . . . Sooo make that 120+mv peak to peakRight, so the scope measurements say I got my initial measurement wrong, at least on this power supply. . . It's actually a 900Hz tone and according to this scope it's slightly less than 20mv p-p . . . I mean the scope only goes down to 10mv/div, and the signal doesn't take up but two divisions. . . I'm surprised that's making so much noise on the output.
Yeah, that's more like what I would have expected for the amount of noise I see at the DAW.
