Your avatar is stellar.i'd argue that filters are unnecessary, i hardly use them except as character fx or for sound sources. you have quite a few voices that don't really need them. on that note, there's too many voices for a case this small. a sequencer that big for a case this small wouldn't make much sense for me. or huge modules in general. something on the sequencing side of things needs to go and i'd personally ditch the black sequencer. are you dead set on the having two different types of mixers? unless you're dead set on stereo (with a case this small) i'd just stick with the quad vca since you get mixing and some patch programmable vcas there or isolated attenuators.
if you're dead set on what you picked and you're just looking for the final 10 hp, i'd look for an input module, external fx interface, or some kind of midi/cv interface if you are going to do some things out of the box. i think a lot of set and forget fx can be better served with pedals or software. modulating some types of fx, especially reverb, doesn't seem to get me much mileage. ymmv
