And I think with 64 tracks ‘sacrifice’ is not really the right word. Maybe some people use all 64 tracks but I certainly don’t. I regularly use multiple tracks for one instrument. A thing I do a fair bit is record or program chords for a poly synth in a CK pattern, and use a P3 pattern for CC variations.
