has this problem only started after installing the Modypoly ?
If so, maybe there is an issue with the filter control wire or the related parts?
Normally, Modypoly does not interfere with the filter or envelope: Both are created in an analog circuit in the Mono/Poly.
Can you send us a picture of your installed filter control wire. Or you just remove it to see if it makes any difference.
You can also put the original CPU back in to see if that fixes the issue.
