My package is also stuck now, it is in the Netherlands though. Says it requires additional information for customs, doesn't specify what. Seems like Whimsical need to supply this info, we'll see!For folks who bought it from the EU - how is your package going?
Mine was sent on the 18th, but is now stuck in customs (seems to be on the US side), and missing "EORI / VAT". I think this is the first time I see this. I tried responding via their form (yesterday) that I don't have those numbers as I'm not a business, but today it's still stuck.
I've reached out to UPS over email to try and understand what they want from me. Normally, for international purchases I'd just get a link to pay the import duties and fees at.
Letting you all know in case you'll have the same experience. And if not, I'd be glad to learn that this is a problem with my package specifically.
