I’ve been building a number of stripboard noise making circuits and run into an issue I don’t understand.
When I test (in this example) the three oscillator drone the pots only make the type of sound and volume I’d expect when I actually touch the potentiometer(s). When I let go the sound changes and the volume drops.
The circuit(s) are not yet in an enclosure.
Im assuming this is a grounding issue, but my learning curve hasn’t got to that bit yet, so no idea how to fix the problem. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
