Sure, if "just fine" is good enough. Which may well be the case since OP didn't ask for perfect tracking. I wouldn't judge anyone for going with the Behringer option. It's cheap enough to take a gamble maybe, but I've seen some not too positive reviews. I think the Disting might be a safer bet in that case, because if the pitch tracking doesn't work out there would still be a hundred other algorithms to use. Probably better resale value too.It may be stupid to feel this way

I’m they’re obviously a ‘weird’ company depending on one’s views of their ethics but they are a huge company and clearly have the time and money to do research on what isn’t a novel concept so is probably not to hard to implement
