No idea. Are the pots with the splined shafts? If they're similar to the ones on the Ibanez digital delays, most anything will do - i've got an old DM500 with one of the og knobs replaced with a Davies.

This product line was from the late '70s when BBDs had started to sound the death knell of the tape delay.

As far as I can tell from photos, the same knobs can be found on the Maxon/Ibanez AD-210, AD-220, and AD-250 rackmounts, plus what appears to be the FL-305 flanger pedal. None of these are close to cheap enough to acquire for spare parts.
