Truth! FWIW I still own my 200e, but rarely use it these days. I feel like I'll be revisiting soon.I’m not saying your expectations are wrong, but that has never, ever been something Buchla has offered. If it is what you want, you might look to other brands.I'd expect a premium out of box experience for that kind of dough, and it sounds like folks aren't getting that.
