A few folks have mentioned the speed limit of Amnis’s clock input in this thread, so thought I’d leave this comment I posted in the Amnis main thread:
I reached out to Ritual Electronics about the limited clock rate, and they said this is a product of the clock delay component. It reduces the upper limit of the clock input even when you’re not delaying the clock via the trimmer. (Btw, I also experienced how the trimmer responded differently than how the manual described). They sent a video on how to remove the single component, which was a pretty simple operation, but does require a soldering iron.
Working with the module has been incredible since, so much more freedom and potential. Let me know if you’d like me to share the video!
