I have. They're all great! Thing is, I like to keep my drum hits on separate tracks, and I often work with vocals, so I usually end up with 12+ tracks. I actually bought 2 M8's and tried to make it work, then did the same with 2 PT Mini's, but ergonomically it was so much easier and faster to work with a single qwerty keyboard on a Renoise-dedicated laptop. Not to mention, I've been using Renoise to since I started this music stuff so it's second nature.Have you encountered the LSDJ/M8/Nerdseq take on arrangement? I'd love it so much if Renoise could do that. Renoise has a relatively simple (but graphically mystery meat-ish) version of the classic tracker arranger workflow- the LSDJ approach supercharges it, while actually being more efficient. It's a lovely evolution.Yeah until they add polyphony, it's really less of a sampler and more of an arranger, for my workflow at least. But even then, how's the song mode? Trying to arrange on hardware is what sent me crawling back to Renoise, which I love to pieces for arranging.
